Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Merchandise
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. In the event that you receive incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise, please notify us within 10 days, and we will send you a prepaid return label. Purchase price plus shipping will be refunded, or a new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Your return must be received within 30 days to qualify for full refund.

Other Returns
We accept returns of all other merchandise (except customized merchandise) within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact. A refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product less actual shipping costs.
A 30% restocking fee will be charged on seasonal merchandise that is returned after the specific holiday for which it is intended (i.e. Christmas merchandise returned after Christmas incurs a 30% restocking fee). You are responsible for arranging return shipping.
We are unable to issue refunds for customized merchandise. Customized merchandise that is damaged or defective will be replaced at no cost to you.
